As a new year’s resolution for 2019, I’m going on a Cookbook Cook-through Challenge. Every month, I’m going to cook as many recipes as I can from the book, with a minimum of 10 recipes per book. Wish me luck!

A bit about me: I live in an apartment in NYC with a full time job, a boyfriend, and not a lot of unplanned time. My google calendar tells me what to do, and when it’s not work related, it tends to be food related.
